About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Founding Go-to-Market (GTM) leader to define and tell Unto Labs’ story. You will own the development and refinement of our marketing strategy, furthering our brand narrative, crafting messaging for deeply technical & financial products, and leading the charge on campaigns to engage wide-ranging audiences, including developers, partners, and the general public. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and creative to position Unto Labs as a leading infrastructure provider and distinctive technology brand.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Unto Labs’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging to reach both technical and mainstream stakeholders.

• Design and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives.

• Build scalable content and communication systems across web, social, and advertising channels/

• Translate complex technical concepts from consensus protocols, cryptography, distributed systems into clear and compelling stories that resonate with both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.

• Guide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to capture and convey Unto Labs' and Thru's unique value.

• Drive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach.

• Measure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles, preferably with technical or startup organizations.

• Proven ability to shape messaging for highly technical products and communicate to broad audiences.

• Experience building out creative and memorable marketing campaigns and brand strategy from an early stage.

• Skilled at distilling complex topics into approachable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video production, design, or multimedia storytelling

• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or distributed systems

• Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, or product marketing
