We are looking for a Head Of Business Development to drive strategic growth initiatives across Teltonika Group by identifying, developing, and implementing new business opportunities. This role covers business expansion, M&A activities, post-merger integration, new venture creation, and international growth across regions and continents.
Teltonika’s headquarters coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand as well as representative offices worldwide. As the organization continues its rapid international expansion, we are looking for a strategic leader who can transform growth opportunities into scalable and sustainable business results.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the Group's long-term strategy, launch new business initiatives, and shape the future of Teltonika’s global presence.
In this role, you will:
- Identify, assess, and execute new growth opportunities, business models, and strategic initiatives across the Group.
- Lead M&A activities, including target sourcing, market analysis, due diligence coordination, valuation support, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Build and develop new businesses, products, and revenue streams from concept to successful market launch.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of growth initiatives and strategic business opportunities.
- Coordinate post-merger integration activities and ensure successful realization of synergies.
- Lead international expansion projects, including opening and developing operations in new countries, regions, and continents.
- Develop market entry strategies, operational frameworks, and business processes for sustainable international growth.
- Work closely with executive leadership to define and implement long-term strategic priorities.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify future growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and ensure effective execution across multiple stakeholders.
What we expect of you:
- At least 7 years of experience in Executive, Business Development, Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment, or M&A roles.
- Proven experience creating and developing new businesses, products, or business lines from idea to commercial success.
- Practical experience with mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration would be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience expanding businesses into international markets and establishing operations in new countries or regions.
- Experience developing market entry strategies and operating models for growth across multiple continents.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert business opportunities into measurable results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 75 Eur/h up to 95 Eur/h pre-tax (12450 Eur - 15770 Eur), depending on your experience and qualifications, with the possibility of additional bonuses.
In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
