Head of Learning and Development

The rapidly-expanding People Operations department plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development as we grow into a major international business. Our goal is to ensure that our 1000-strong team are operating at their best, in a well-structured, high performance environment.

People Operations is a business-critical department that will give you exposure across the company and enable you to play a big part in Revolut’s drive to be the biggest financial services company on the planet.

•Develop & own the strategy for L&D across the business

•Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

•Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

•Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

•Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

•Foster a culture of long-term learning and development across the organisation

•Help managers develop their team members through career path

• Track budgets and negotiate contracts

• Hire and oversee the L&D team

•Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar preferably in start-up or IT company.

•Strong organisational and planning skills Process-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

•Familiarity with digital learning platforms and practices

•Experience in project management and budgeting

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

•Ability to build rapport with employees across all departments

•Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• Professional certification (e.g. CIPD) is a plus
