We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday nights, and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 10% to 30% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company. The job fair will take place from 10 AM - 2 PM, and a specific arrival time will be assigned to you in a separate email.     We’re looking for technicians who: Have 3+ years of experience Know electromechanical parts and assemblies Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail The specific pay differentials are: Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): 10% Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15% Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15% Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30% What to bring: Updated resume that highlights your skills and experiences Closed-toe shoes Any questions you have about working at CFS, our roles, or the hiring process   At the job fair, you’ll also be able to meet our employees face to face and to see inside our magnet factory to see what the fusion energy future looks like.
