About the Role:
Our HR and People team is growing! We are looking to add a talented coordinator to own/oversee/run our new hire onboarding program where you’ll be pivotal in helping our new employees start a successful career at Huntress. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with HR teams, employees, and stakeholders to deliver responsive and quality programs and solutions. This role provides administrative support to leaders in HR, recruiting, and our Chief People Office to ensure implementation best practices of People programs including new hire orientation, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain logistics for new hire onboarding and employee training sessions
- Lead all new employees through onboarding. Be an expert resource for all new hires
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, HRIS, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and regulations
- Prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative
- Assist with identifying issues affecting People to continuously improve processes
- Continuously follow up and remain current on labor legislation
- Review, edit, and coordinate communications for quality and compliance
- Manage ad hoc projects as they evolve
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Human Resources and/or Business Administrative experience responding to employee questions, problem solving, researching, and documenting
- Familiarity with benefits, HR policies, compensation strategy, and compliance
- Experience communicating, drafting, and organizing confidential information effectively (including presentation, email, calendar, and sensitive employee communications)
- Comfortable working with all levels within an organization
- Highly organized and comfortable working within a growing organization where policies and procedures will be adjusted regularly
- Experience with HR systems, such as HRIS, payroll and/or benefits administration software
- Advanced experience with G-Suite, in addition to Word and Excel

Compensation USD Range compliant with CO regulation: $55K to $75K base - depending on experience level
