Responsibilities
- Develop project strategies, create project schedules, create task lists for team members, monitor project progress, budget, hours, etc
- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
- Overcome project and task management stumbling blocks and hurdles to keep projects on track.
- Develop accurate and realistic performance and time estimates
- Manage projects and still make time for daily work responsibilities, i.e.: Time tracking, project status updates, closure activities.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Plan and monitor adherence to schedules
- Organize meetings, team celebrations
- Process HR transactions (e.g. hires, personal data changes, promotions, terminations)
- Assist with annual processes (e.g. Performance Review process, compensation planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)
- Provide administrative HR support, including preparing presentations, generating monthly and ad hoc reports, sending employee communications and other projects as needed
- Establish, maintain, and update human resources policies, process, and procedures. Maintain and update employee handbook, and other policies pertaining to HR nationally
- Drive and manage the recruitment process of the company and build a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources and Project Management experience, preferably with a scaling, entrepreneurial organization
- Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, interpret and solve both practical as well as highly complex problems.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Consistent follow through and ability to hit deadlines
- Able to handle a fast-changing start-up environment, self-motivated, driving projects to completion
- Effective communicator and leader for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive, independent self-starter who takes the initiative to identify and assist in resolving problems both within and beyond areas of direct responsibility
- Excellent judgment and ability to maintain effectiveness, professional demeanour, and positive attitude, even in ambiguous situations and during high-pressure periods
- Specific experience in two or more of the following areas: HR management, process improvements, compensation and recruitment
Work Location
- Indiranagar, Bangalore
Compensation
- Up to 4.8 lakh/annum based on experience.
Working days
- Monday - Saturday(6 days)
