HR Manager (Amsterdam)

Lead a dynamic team of multilingual recruiters and drive strategic recruitment initiatives during a period of global growth and expansion.

We are now hiring for an experienced 'HR manager to lead a busy team of multilingual Recruiters. You'll join the company at an exciting time of global growth and expansion! and will be considered as an expert in all things recruitment including sourcing, selection and offer negotiations!


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Requirements

  • BA/MSc in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter within a Forex/Media company will be considered as a major advantage
  • Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
