As an HRBP, you will join the People team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition!
Supported by the whole People team (based in Paris), your role will be to build strong and engaged teams and make sure we are providing a high-quality experience for the German team.
As our first HR for Germany, you will work under Sarah's management (our VP people).
👩💻🧑💻 As an HRBP Germany at Qonto, you will
• Build a local talent acquisition strategy and hire the best people in order to answer business needs by setting local hiring processes and providing the best candidate experience (aligned with Company's standards).
• Set up all HR guidelines and processes to follow in order to be locally compliant and provide the best support to the team.
• Spread Qonto's culture by launching internal events as well as our employer branding strategy in order to make Qonto a great place to work.
• Be the point of contact for teams and managers in Germany, from their onboarding through the rest of their time at the company. On a daily basis, you will provide HR guidance, resolve complex situations and help increase team productivity.

🏅About You
• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or equivalent.
• Mastery: You are hands-on, able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and rigorous in everything you do.
• Teamwork: You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust.
• Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: You speak both German (fluent) and English.
• Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, international labor law, or in a relevant field.

💪 Our hiring process:
- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
