- Provide critical administrative support to the Human Resources team by maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparation of new hire materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with internal partners.
- Assist with recruiting coordination, including managing interview logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and support key HR initiatives in collaboration with HR and Operations partners.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and integrity.
- Coordinate all aspects of interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar management, and interviewer preparation.
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage travel logistics and assist with booking travel for onsite interviews.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Longmont facilities, ensuring a smooth and professional office environment.
- Coordinate applicable parties to facilitate facilities needs, building access, vendors, visitors, and internal onsite events.
- Oversee office logistics including supplies, space coordination, and overall workplace organization.

- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience supporting Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition functions (e.g., onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records).
- Demonstrated experience managing office operations, including facilities coordination, vendor management, office logistics, and internal events.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
