HVAC Installer
We're looking for a highly motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and build a career in a growing industry. You'll work on our innovative modular homes, helping us install and test all-electric HVAC systems, including heat pumps, ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators), and the related ductwork.
What You'll Do
Install and mount heat pumps, including the refrigerant lines.
The installation and testing of ERV systems.
Assemble and install ductwork, ensuring it's sealed correctly for optimal airflow.
Perform performance tests on HVAC systems.
Help inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians as we build our homes.
Follow all safety protocols and learn about building and energy codes.
Learn and practice proper refrigerant handling and documentation to maintain EPA compliance.
What We're Looking For
Experience with HVAC systems.
Preference given to candidates with their EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, but this is not a requirement.
The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
A strong desire to learn, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude.
