Responsibilities  

Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Coordinate collection and validation of performance data across multiple systems and teams.
• Develop and maintain recurring executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance summaries.
• Analyze trends, risks, variances, and opportunities across bookings, revenue, earned performance, delivery execution, and resource utilization.
• Translate complex data into concise insights and recommendations for leadership.

Enterprise Earn Program Management

• Manage the weekly and monthly Enterprise Earn operating cadence.
• Facilitate performance reviews and ensure accountability for follow-up actions.
• Maintain performance frameworks, definitions, governance standards, and reporting methodologies.
• Partner with business leaders to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

Execution & Operational Improvement

• Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and predictability.
• Support special projects related to forecasting, delivery performance, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Identify leading indicators that improve performance visibility and decision-making.

Automation & AI Enablement

• Explore opportunities to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Partner with technology teams to implement AI-assisted insights, forecasting, and performance management capabilities.
• Research emerging tools and best practices that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Help define the future vision for AI-enabled performance systems and operational intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. 
• Experience with business operations, program management, analytics, or strategy functions.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources into executive-ready insights.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and dashboarding experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Curiosity around automation, AI, and operational improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
