Infrastructure Support Engineer (NOC Engineer) m/f/d

  • Monitor the health of our production platform using VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, VictoriaLogs, Prometheus and Alertmanager.
  • Investigate infrastructure alerts, review dashboards and identify service degradation.
  • Participate in production incident response by performing first-level troubleshooting, collecting diagnostic information and escalating complex issues.
  • Perform routine Kubernetes operational tasks such as checking events, collecting application logs and supporting application rollouts.
  • Contribute to operational automation by writing small scripts and utilities in Python or Bash.
  • Collaborate closely with our SRE, Platform Engineering, Security and Software Engineering teams during incident response and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving platform availability, service reliability and backup validation.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Infrastructure, Technical Support, System Administration, Cloud Operations or a similar technical role.
  • Practical experience working with Linux systems.
  • A basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, including DNS, TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems, log analysis, Git and basic SQL.
  • Basic scripting skills in either Python or Bash.
  • A strong willingness to learn cloud technologies and a genuine passion for troubleshooting technical problems.
  • An ownership mindset with great attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm during incidents.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Cloudflare, Redis or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines or Infrastructure as Code.
