Job Description

Join a team driving innovation in RF and microwave technology. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets, including aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales department
  • Compile and track daily sales reports to maximize revenue
  • Generate and process quotations, customer orders, and maintain pricing tables
  • Communicate timely updates to customers on shipping dates, delays, and order status
  • Assist in resolving scheduling, shipping, or invoicing issues to ensure on-time delivery
  • Interface with customers to provide input, status updates, and present quotations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold professional standards

What you need

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills (required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required)
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)

Salary Range:

$62,800.00-$83,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
