We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to manage a team of Diabetes Inside Sales RepsThis isn't just a sales leadership role — it's a chance to build a team that changes lives. As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you'll lead and mentor a team of Diabetes Inside Sales Representatives, driving execution across sales processes, business development initiatives, and product-specific tactics in a regulated healthcare and medical device environment. You'll bring advanced sales knowledge and practical management expertise to coach your team through complex sales cycles, remove barriers to performance, and align team activity with broader organizational goals. With a strong understanding of how inside sales operations connect to the wider business, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your team is positioned for success — and that every customer interaction reflects the quality and integrity that MiniMed is known for.

A Day in the Life
- Foster a work environment conducive to excellent sales performance, customer service, learning, teamwork, execution and accountability
- Maintain, analyze and distribute sales results and productivity metrics
- Establish exceptional relationships with field sales partners
- Deliver Action Plans to Director-level on how performance standards will be met
- Administer sales programs and other motivational tools to drive performance
- Ensure adequate staffing and responsiveness in all activities
- Facilitate team meetings to maintain communications, develop teamwork, identify roadblocks, implement improvements and drive results
- Coach team members to continuously improve sales skills, phone skills, communication, processing efficiency, and organizational skills to ensure effective team dynamics
- Mentor employees on teamwork, time/task management and career development
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
- Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
- Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
- Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
- Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

- HS/GED + 8 years of relevant sales experience
- OR Associates + 6 years of relevant sales experience
- OR Bachelors + 4 years of relevant sales experience
- OR advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Requires practical sales, business development and management knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics for one or more products.
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory / leadership experience directing and managing individuals or a team
- Previous experience leading and managing sales teams in a high-volume sales environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Diabetes and/or Durable Medical Equipment
- Proven success as an inside sales representative as measured by level of sales performance against established goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers (both internal and external)
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrated strong work ethic
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability and proven success influencing and motivating others
- Strong personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$58,000.00 - $98,000.00At MiniMed, we are committed to supporting the well-being and financial security of our employees.
