The Team:

You will be part of the Celonis Academy team which empowers people to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop the majority of Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.

The Role: 

As a Celonis Academy Intern, you are responsible for supporting our global customers and partners throughout their entire learning journey to become true Celonis experts. In doing so, you continuously evaluate our training offering and work with our Technical Training Managers to conceptualize, design, and create new online training content on a large variety of different topics and to ensure high quality throughout our services and training offerings. To perfectly support our customers, you learn how our software is used to empower frictionless processes for thousands of users.

The work you’ll do:

• Build good customer relationships and provide technical and content-related support for the wide range of online training courses we offer on various exciting topics
• Work with our Technical Training Managers to create new online training content (including scripting, video creation, designing hands-on exercises, etc.)
• Manage the needs of the learners in our Celonis Academy (online training platform)
• Put the learner at the center of everything you do

The qualifications you need:

• Student of economics/ Business Education/ Data Science/ Communication Science & Management/ Business Informatics/ Business Analytics or of a comparable program
• Possess a good understanding of complex business processes
• Excellent in breaking down and conveying complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiences
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
• Passionate about topics like e-learning, Process Mining and Big Data
• Free rein to your creativity when it comes to knowledge transfer and the design of texts
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (every other language is a plus) 
• At least 6 months of availability
