About Cuemath

We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts,

Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics.

This includes an immersive development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building mathematical aptitude.

There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know.

Cuemath’s mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

Responsibilities:

 Develop a deep understanding of how our products work/ should work and create the user journeys, user flows and action funnels

 Ability to dive into product data and make informed decisions

 Deliver product information architecture, mock-ups, interaction design and detailed UI design

 Deliver illustrations, icons and other elements of graphic design

 Deliver engaging experiences using the latest in front-end technologies and design aesthetics for both desktop and mobile products; comfortable using design collaboration tools like Sketch, Zeplin, etc

 Ensure design intent is realized in actual development and production

Skills and Experience

 Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience

  experience developing websites and mobile applications

 Relentless obsession over pixel perfect designs and interaction details that create magical experiences and delight users

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment and ability to work through

ambiguity

 Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile manner with Product Managers,

designers, Ops, Sales and Engineers

 Attention to detail and organizational skills - strong judgment and instincts
