Get to Know the Team

The GrabMart & GrabMall team is the fastest-growing "Quick Commerce" arm of Grab. We are changing how people shop for groceries, essentials, and more by bringing their favorite local stores online. Our team is a mix of strategic thinkers and relentless executors. We're high-energy, collaborative, and we thrive on seeing a local shop grow their business through our platform. If you want to see how a tech giant scales a new vertical from the ground up, this is the place to be.

Get to Know the Role

As a GrabMart & GrabMall Intern, you will support the testing, rollout, and improvement of GrabMart & GrabMall products and features. You will work closely with the Senior Product Specialist and cross-functional stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document product issues, coordinate feedback, and track follow-up actions. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how digital products are tested, launched, and improved in a fast-paced technology and delivery business.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • User Acceptance Testing: Support UAT for new GrabMart & GrabMall products, features, and system enhancements by preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, recording results, and identifying issues that could block sellers' growth or degrade the customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Regional Product, Operations, Commercial, and other country stakeholders to collect feedback, clarify requirements, and follow up on testing activities.
  • Product Rollout Support: Assist with rollout preparation, including maintaining rollout trackers, readiness checklists, communication materials, FAQs, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Product Communication: Support the preparation and sharing of product updates, testing instructions, rollout timelines, and key changes with relevant teams.
  • Performance and Feedback Monitoring: Help monitor basic product performance, operational feedback, and user or merchant issues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Support: Support the Senior Product Specialist in experiments, market research, user interviews, product documentation, and other product improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear progress updates and maintain accurate records of testing results, open issues, decisions, and action items.
