THE TEAM AND ROLE
As an Intern in Project Management (all genders), you’ll support our implementation and customer success teams to ensure that hospitals benefit from our platform from day one. You will gain first-hand experience in managing complex digital health projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful rollouts, while learning how to build and sustain strong customer relationships in a high-stakes environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support various customer projects aimed at implementing our software in hospital environments
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help ensure project success and long-term customer satisfaction
Assist in documenting and managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle with attention to deadlines and deliverables
Contribute to improving internal processes and tooling to drive efficient project execution
Help visualize and present key performance metrics and outcomes to customers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Current studies in Business, Medical, Informatics, or a related field
First experience in project management is a plus
Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects with diverse stakeholders
Solution-oriented and proactive mindset with a strong focus on execution
Self-organized and structured working style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
