TLDR
Assist in enhancing marketing operations and cross-border initiatives through administrative support and content creation while collaborating with regional teams.
Job Description
Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, updating content calendars, etc.)
Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting, assisting in video shoots, coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs, etc.)
Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines before review
Assist with competitor research on marketing best practices
Support in procurement of marketing materials & distribution
Assist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business,
Communications, or a related field
Comfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
Comfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidance
Interest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
