The Internship:

As a Sales Intern at Monday Merch, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales team as we help some of the coolest brands in Europe bring their merchandising visions to life. This internship offers a unique blend of project management, sales, and creative thinking. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on Merch projects ranging from 3,000 to 100,000 euros. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team as the first point of contact for new potential B2B customers.

• Handle incoming inquiries and assist potential customers with their needs (Qualifying leads)

Requirements

• Passion for sales, customer service, or related fields (e.g., HR, Event Management). Prior experience not required, eagerness to learn and being a quick learner is more important.

• Enthusiastic and personable communicator, whether on the phone or via email.

• Highly organized and able to work in a structured manner (this is crucial!).

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university-level education (field of study not specific).

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a big plus.

• You are available from August, September or October 2026 for at least 5-6 months
