Inventory Associate, Logistics Hillsborough NJ (Lot Only)

About the position:

This entry level position is responsible for moving vehicles through the reconditioning process.

As an Inventory Associate, you are responsible for locating, moving, and staging vehicles as well as verifying inventory, and shuttling cars through the facility and to off site locations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organizing vehicles on lot by staging area criteria.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
• Driving vehicles throughout the facility and off site locations.
• Locating, verifying and staging vehicles for delivery.
• Visually inspect vehicles and create accurate condition reports.

What the Job Requires:

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (The position may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check).
• Ability to operate a computer and/or tablet.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to frequently drive.
• Ability to push and pull in an environment that could be cold, hot, wet or noisy.
• Ability and comfort to be around fumes or odors that are from vehicles under maintenance.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions such as: rain, snow, heat, etc.
