Invoice & Accounts Specialist

● Experience or exposure to invoice processing in EU
● Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs or comparable alternatives from Microsoft
● Organizational & analytical skills
● Attention to detail
● Polish language; English level - B2 or higher
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting or other relevant degree.
● Preferable: knowledge of Optima software, SAP

Key responsibilities:

● Issuing various types of invoices, including domestic, international, proforma and
advance invoices
● Issuing corrective invoices for sales, based on complaints, return documents, discounts
or else
● Posting and recording of accounts payable
● Monitoring and control of accounts receivable, debt collection and documentation
circulation
● Client communication
● Other tasks assigned by the Manager
