TLDR

Develop iOS applications for medical devices, guiding the full software lifecycle under ISO13485/IEC62304/ISO14971 and collaborating with architects and product managers.

Responsibilities:

Working as an iOS Developer you will:

Develop iOS applications that are part of broader medical devices

Participate in the full software lifecycle of the applications

Work closely with the system architects on the technology recommendations and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle

Work with Product Managers to create innovative products or enhance the existing offerings

Develop solutions in accordance with medical device process standards: ISO13485, IEC62304, ISO14971

Qualifications required:

Proven experience as iOS developer, with at least one app on the marketplace

Excellent Objective-C and Cocoa skills with a background in in a software engineering role in a team-based environment

Experience of iOS User Interface development across multiple iOS versions and devices

Understanding of software engineering best practices, such as revision control, continuous integration

and test-driven development

Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering

Fluent spoken and written English

Experience in the following areas is a distinct advantage:

Experience developing Medical Device(s) or safety critical systems, and associated processes

Experience in Android or Windows phone

Experience in real-time communication
