IT Assistant

At Nectar Ltd., we are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with both hardware and software, and supporting day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly, supporting employees across the business, and helping maintain and improve our internal applications and devices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and configuring Windows laptops and tablets from scratch
- Installing, maintaining, and managing company applications and software
- Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the business
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues efficiently
- Running basic SQL queries to support data checks and validation
- Supporting internal ERP and mobile applications
- Maintaining IT equipment inventory and ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Assisting with general system maintenance and IT improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT Support or a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and remote support tools
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, connectivity issues)
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Exposure to PowerShell or scripting
- Understanding of APIs or system integrations
