IT Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Manage and optimize Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations across the organization.
• Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, Windows Autopilot deployments, and application rollouts to support a modern digital workplace.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies, troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering an excellent end-user experience.
• Drive productivity improvements through automation, self-service solutions, and the continuous enhancement of IT service delivery processes, including ServiceNow workflows and knowledge management.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments, managing authentication and access controls such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Administer identity governance and access management through SolarWinds ARM, conducting access reviews, supporting audits and collaborating with Information Security and Business stakeholders to maintain least-privilege access controls.

Your Talents

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to service management.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based service management environment and contributing to infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to manage incidents, service requests, changes, and knowledge documentation.
• The ability to prioritize work effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
• In-depth experience in all Microsoft 365 services as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
