IT Infrastructure Engineer (Live Casino)

Overview:

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and operating the studio’s IT infrastructure that supports Live Casino operations on a day-to-day basis. This role focuses on network stability, connectivity, access management, and the reliability of on-site infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 live operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain the local studio network (switches, routing, VLANs)
• Manage internet connectivity, redundancy, and failover
• Support on-prem servers and studio infrastructure
• Maintain workstations, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Support technical onboarding of new employees, including workstation setup and system access
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and VPN connectivity
• Administer corporate productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), including user setup and access management
• Support CCTV systems as part of studio security infrastructure
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents
• Perform backup and recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot connectivity, network, and access-related issues
• Coordinate with internet providers and external IT vendors
• Maintain basic infrastructure documentation and network schemes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration
• Hands-on experience with on-prem networks and studio or office environments
• Experience working in 24/7 operational environments is a strong advantage
• Solid networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, routing)
• Experience with internet connectivity and redundancy setups
• Windows and/or Linux server administration
• VPN and access management
• Administration of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Understanding of CCTV systems
• Monitoring and incident response experience
