We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst II to join our global IT Operations team, where innovation knows no borders. This team safeguards operational stability by managing significant incidents and restoring services rapidly so customers experience zero disruption. As an IT Operations Analyst II, you will coordinate technical bridges and drive rapid incident resolution. You will collaborate across engineering and care teams to mitigate business impact. This role requires calm communication under pressure, sharp technical judgment and the drive to maintain enterprise system stability.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate technical incident bridges to restore services rapidly and reduce customer friction.

  • Partner with engineering and care teams to identify business impact and execute mitigation actions.

  • Maintain precise incident documentation to ensure data quality and seamless post-mortem handoffs.

  • Collaborate with change and problem management teams to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

  • Use automated tracking tools to accelerate incident reporting and eliminate manual communication efforts.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, IT service management or technical support.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead incident response calls confidently under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills to translate technical infrastructure risks clearly for all stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional technical teams to maintain operational stability.

  • Practical experience using automation or analytics tools to improve operational workflows and reporting.
