IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support Team in Limassol. You will be the on-site owner of day-to-day IT operations - combining front-line service desk with hands-on ownership of endpoints, hardware and the office network. In your first months, you will also play a key part in rolling out our MDM and endpoint management platform across the fleet.

What You'll Do:

• Own incoming service desk tickets end to end - both incidents and requests.
• Manage user workstations (Mac): OS updates and patching, host configuration, standard builds.
• Take part in rolling out and supporting MDM and EDR across the company's device fleet.
• Operate endpoint backups and disaster recovery.
• Maintain self-service tooling, application white/black lists, and software deployment.
• Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and user-level connectivity - and keep the Limassol office network (Ubiquiti/UniFi) healthy.
• Own the hardware lifecycle: laptops, peripherals, office equipment, and asset records.
• Build and maintain the knowledge base and self-help content to deflect and automate recurring requests.

We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop, or end-user support roles.
• Hands-on endpoint administration on macOS - OS, configuration, patching, troubleshooting.
• Confident work with a service desk / ticketing system.
• Networking basics: VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi network equipment - access points, switches, gateways.
• Solid understanding of hardware lifecycle and asset management practices.
• Endpoint security fundamentals: EDR (Jamf Protect or similar), disk encryption, backups, remote wipe.
• Track record supporting a comparable user base (100+ employees) in an on-site setting.
  
• Based in Cyprus with the right to work locally, or open to relocation - we provide support.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on MDM experience (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar).
• Scripting for automation - Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Backup & DR tooling experience.
• Ukrainian or Russian as an additional working language.
• Strong ownership and clear, patient communication with non-technical users.
• Structured, documentation-oriented approach - you write things down and build process.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset - comfortable prioritizing under competing requests and staying calm during incidents.
