Location: Amsterdam - onsite 5 days ​per week

What you'll do

• Set up workstations for new colleagues: laptops, monitors, and accounts are ready on their first day.
• Ensure that hardware continues to function through proactive maintenance, checks, and the management of our IT inventory and assets.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and malfunctions - ranging from software and drivers to connectivity and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and handle questions and tickets quickly and courteously.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, drivers, and internal tools.
• Manage access and permissions (access management) in accordance with our internal security guidelines.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive, including file sharing and access permissions.
• Document IT processes and write clear manuals for colleagues

Who you are

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have an interest in IT, and some initial experience (internship, part-time job, or training) inIT support is a good foundation; more important is your eagerness to learn.
• You have work experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You have a basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, connectivity).
• You are familiar with the basic principles of cybersecurity, such as MFA, phishing, and password management.

A plus if:
● You have a strong problem-solving, hands-on attitude and work proactively.
● You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
