About the Role

As our Private Brands portfolio continues to expand, we are restructuring our team to meet ambitious goals. To support this rapid growth and ensure seamless operational execution across our supplier network, we are expanding our team.

As such, we are hiring a Vendor Manager - Private Brands (m/f/x) based in Kazakhstan for close alignment with key Asian suppliers. You will manage operational relationships with 15 to 30 active manufacturing partners.Your core responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end sourcing, leading factory onboardings, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring EU regulatory compliance alongside our international cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will work toward optimizing product availability, securing competitive pricing, and building resilient supply chains. To thrive, you bring strong commercial negotiation skills, fluency in English and Russian, and an analytical mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to take true ownership in a fast-paced scale-up, bridging global supply networks with Europe's leading automotive e-commerce platform.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Supplier Relationships: Manage day-to-day operations and strategic collaboration with 15–30 primary suppliers and manufacturing partners.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead independent negotiations to improve commercial terms, pricing renewals, delivery parameters, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify potential suppliers within current portfolios or external markets (e.g., China and Türkiye) to support Category Management KPI expansion and new SKU introductions.

  • Data & System Integrity: Maintain accurate supplier master data, update commercial term changes promptly, and ensure product quality, packaging data, and EU regulatory compliance requirements are met.

  • Operational Problem-Solving: Resolve delivery discrepancies, handle claims, manage legal/certificate expirations, and optimize shipment workflows alongside our Vendor Operations team.

  • Relevant Experience: At least two years of experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing, customer service, B2B, or procurement processes.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation ability and financial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial goals independently.

  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (B2 or higher) and fluent Russian. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a distinct advantage.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets to handle price renewals, metrics, and systems data.

  • Education: Higher education degree in Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
