- Du begleitest neue Produkte und Features von der ersten Idee bis zum Launch.und wirst eng mit verschiedenen Funktionen (zB Finance, Tax, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, Kontrollfunktionen) zusammenarbeiten
- Du unterstützt uns sicherzustellen, dass unsere Prozesse unter anderem in den Bereichen Finance, Tax, Operations, Compliance, AML und Regulatory Reporting effizient und rechtlich korrekt sind
- Du analysierst laufend unsere Zahlen und lieferst regelmäßige Updates an relevante Stakeholder
- Mithilfe von Tools wie Google Apps Script, Gemini/ChatGPT und Codex schaffst du manuelle Routineaufgaben ab und baust effiziente, digitale Workflows
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Finanzsektor oder in einem schnell wachsenden Startup gesammelt
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Du besitzt Affinität zum Kapitalmarkt
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, systematisch und selbständig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, Dich laufend über regulatorische und rechtliche Entwicklungen in der Branche auf dem Laufenden zu halten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2 Level) und Englisch
