Junior Growth Product Manager

As a Junior Growth Product Manager for BetterMe Health Coaching, you will help the team scale a product that guides users toward their health goals through personalized coaching. You will focus on supporting growth processes — analytics, research, and small experiments — that underpin the optimization of acquisition, activation, and retention.

Your impact:

• Design and run small-scale A/B tests across user acquisition and activation stages to improve key monetisation metrics.
• Support Stream owners in launching new products and directions, gaining hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle from day one.
• Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into compelling value propositions.
• Research competitors and maintain a prioritised hypothesis backlog aimed at improving CR, ARPU, and ARPPU.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and analytics teams to bring growth initiatives to life.

About you:

• 6+ months of experience at a product-led IT company in analytics, user acquisition, or creative marketing – or 1+ year at an FMCG company in brand management, marketing, or analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills: you can identify root causes, break complex challenges into manageable parts, and land on the best solution.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to take ownership and see things through.
• Solid analytical foundation: confident understanding of growth metrics (CR, ARPU, CAC, LTV) and basic proficiency with analytics tools.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with design principles and copywriting strategies that drive conversion.
• Hands-on experience planning and running A/B tests.
• Experience launching products or features from scratch.
