Junior Java Backend Engineer
TLDR
Build scalable, high-availability Java backend services for core card payment systems and processor integrations.
RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech integrating blockchain solutions into traditional banking and finance infrastructure. We are currently expanding our engineering team and looking for a Java Backend Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and iteration of core credit/debit card payment systems.
- Assist in system integration with major Card Processors (e.g., VISA, MasterCard) and other payment gateways.
- Contribute to building scalable and high-availability backend systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement features such as card installments and pre-authorization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- 1-3 years of Java backend development experience.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.
- Familiar with MySQL, Redis, and basic message queues (Kafka/RocketMQ).
- Good command of English (spoken and written) for cross-border team collaboration.
- Previous experience in FinTech, Web3, or Payments is a plus, but not required. We value strong fundamentals and learning ability.
