Junior Product Marketing Manager (switchers) - Duomo

This job is no longer available and isn't accepting applications.

TLDR

Analytics-driven, ownership-focused junior role shaping marketing and product direction through experiments, R&D, and cross-functional collaboration in a venture-building environment.

What should you know about SKELAR? It’s a venture builder — in other words, a company that builds companies. Together with founders, we create consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and beyond.

Our teams build tech products that win recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards, earn thousands of glowing Trustpilot reviews, and reach over 10 million users worldwide. That kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident — it starts with exceptional people, and our people are our top priority.

We’ve built an environment where expertise meets opportunity, and where there’s no ceiling on what you can achieve. Now we’re looking for the kind of people who don’t just want a job — they want a challenge.

We’re looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager - someone early in their career with strong analytical foundations who is ready to step into a more commercial, ownership-driven role.

This is a great fit if you come from consulting, audit, or corporate finance and are looking to move closer to growth, product, and business impact.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis);

  • Graduated from a strong university (e.g., KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar);

  • 1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting / advisory firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.);

  • Experience in audit, transaction services, financial due diligence, corporate finance, strategy, or management consulting;

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving;

  • Good English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Nice to have:

  • SQL, Python, Tableau, dbt;

  • CFA Level 1+;

  • internships or side projects in business, marketing, VC, or product;

  • entrepreneurial or ownership experience.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Drive business results by generating new unconventional ideas, testing hypotheses, and analyzing performance;

  • Driving R&D by identifying, developing, and testing new marketing and product “angles” through competitor analysis, quantitative and qualitative research — directly influencing both marketing and product decisions;

  • Building an A/B testing system together with analytics and engineering teams;

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to continuously improve acquisition strategy;

  • Conducting market research and constantly generating new ideas and hypotheses;

  • Quickly learn new areas and adapt to different business problems.
