Your Role
Providing initial support to Salesforce users by addressing basic inquiries and resolving common issues while collaborating with more senior colleagues to tackle complex challenges.
Execution of basic administrative tasks within Salesforce, such as user management (creating and deactivating accounts, resetting passwords), and data entry, data health monitoring.
Collaborating with more experienced team members to understand user needs and help facilitate communication between end-users and the Salesforce team to continuously improve system usage and adoption.
Learning to develop and implement Low-Code solutions, such as creating basic reports, dashboards, and automations to support day-to-day business operations.
Your Profile
Strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes.
Initial practical experience in the administration of a Salesforce environment, particularly in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud certifications are good to have.
Experience in agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Structured, analytical and proactive way of working as well as a high level of motivation and reliability.
Advanced English proficiency as it is primary language for communication (German is a plus) and you thrive in an international team environment.
You feel comfortable taking ownership and enjoy working as part of a team.
Familiarity with tools such as Clay, recording tools (e.g. Just Call, Vinton), Mulesoft is a plus.
