Junior Software Developer - Hanoi

Job description

• Support senior developers and team lead to build features according to business requirements.
• Write design documents.
• Fix bugs and build feature changes as required.
• Monitor code performance and support senior developers/ team lead to optimize performance.

Requirements

• • University graduated, majoring in computer science or IT or equivalent
  • Proven experience in software development with C#/.NET technologies
  • Hands-on experience working with relational database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data processing, exception handling, and clean coding practices.
  • Ability to analyze and understand existing source code, interpret business and technical logic.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and project/task management tools such as Jira or equivalent Agile collaboration platforms.
  • Basic English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation, participate in discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.
  • Capable of maintaining high-quality deliverables and productivity while working in a dynamic, high-performance environment with demanding timelines.

  Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, TypeScript).
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience working with Microsoft platforms and services, including Power Platform, Sharepoint, Dynamics 365, etc.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support coding, code review, test case creation, and source code analysis.
