Junior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our Junior Software Engineers work with our client support team to ensure proper client on-boarding and support. The Junior Software Engineers also assist the engineering team with the development of new features for our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Development and Data Science teams to resolve client issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity client configuration issues
- Participate in client meetings and demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of our SaaS offering and how our clients use it
- Perform simple code changes in support of client on boarding or to resolve client configuration issues
- Ability to drive parallel client integration projects to completion
- Create and maintain client configuration documents
- Serve as an escalation contact for client issues
Qualifications:
- 1+ years working experience with scripting and configuration using Javascript, JSON, HTML, etc.
- 1+ years of technical support experience (SaaS environment)
- Understanding of agile software development practices (SCRUM)
- Proficiency with Linux OS
- Candidates must be analytical and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- College degree
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Nice to haves:
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationships Management) systems
- Experience troubleshooting software integrations and API issues
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA & Confluence)
- Ability to work with Git Version Control System
