Key Accounts Manager (Financial Services)

Job Description:

The Account Manager for IDEAL will serve as the sole dedicated point person responsible for managing and growing relationships with partner banks in the home loan sector. This role covers all aspects of bank partnership management, including pitching, negotiations, operational coordination, performance monitoring, and identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration.

As the only Account Manager dedicated to bank partnerships, this position is highly critical and high-impact. You will act as the primary liaison between IDEAL and our partner banks, ensuring strong engagement, smooth operational alignment, and sustained growth in loan volume and partnership performance.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a B2B sales or partnership role
• Experience in home loans at major Philippine banks is preferred, preferably in roles such as: Broker/Developer relationship within home loan teams, etc
• Proven track record in managing corporate, institutional, or banking relationships with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, banking workflows, credit evaluation, and mortgage market dynamics in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, client retention, upselling, lead pipeline management, or collections is an advantage.
