KKR Capstone
KKR Capstone, the operational value creation arm of KKR, works to deliver exceptional returns on KKR’s investments both by partnering with deal teams during asset selection and working with management teams to drive value in our portfolio companies. KKR Capstone works across nearly all KKR asset classes, with significant involvement in private equity, growth equity, and special situations. During diligence, KKR Capstone works alongside the deal teams to evaluate potential acquisitions, including operational issues, market dynamics, and understanding customer insights. At our portfolio companies, KKR Capstone partners with deal and management teams to create the 100 day plan for new investments and provide targeted support to the most important operational issues on the CEO and Board of Directors’ agendas, including top-line growth, cost optimization, digital transformation, organizational structure and capability, capital investment and strategic M&A initiatives.
KKR Capstone provides a unique opportunity for high-performing candidates to drive real operating change and generate value in a private equity environment, with an “owner’s mindset”. KKR Capstone executives are expected to work closely with investment teams, and to take ownership of the core operational change agenda for a portfolio company from start to finish. In addition, KKR Capstone executives build and manage our KKR-wide value creation platforms and initiatives.
