Als Last Mile Specialist (w/m/d/x) hast Du die Möglichkeit unseren Kund*innen jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern, indem Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team vor Ort dafür sorgst, dass unsere Kochboxen vom Depot aus sicher, pünktlich und unversehrt zugestellt werden. 

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du kümmerst Dich um die Bedarfsplanung und Koordination der Fahrer*innen 
• Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für die Zusteller*innen und stehst im engen Austausch mit unserem Kundensupport
• Du erstellst die Tourenplanung
• Du überwachst die Auslieferung der Boxen per Monitor
• Du verantwortest die Vorsortierung und stellst die richtige Verladung unserer Boxen auf den Fahrzeugen sicher

Dein Profil

• Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Logistik durch eine Ausbildung oder vorherige Jobs
• Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das sowohl lösungsorientiert als auch kundenzentriert handelt 
• Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Du arbeitest gerne im Wechsel von Früh- und Spätschichten (gelegentlich auch am Samstag)
