The Job

From launching new features to delivering seamless end-to-end journeys, we’re looking for passionate individuals with a growth mindset who can innovate, experiment and move fast.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Release Manager. In this role, you will be leading the team of release managers to test and smoothly deliver content to the Flo app.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 4+ years experience in the tech and QA field;
- 2+ years experience as a Release Manager tester;
- Strong understanding of the release/testing process;
- Proficient knowledge and experience of Jira;
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends in bug root cause analysis;
- Ability to pivot from low-level detail to high-level view during both strategy execution and problem-solving;
- Must be able to work collaboratively and across cultures;
- Solution-driven, acknowledges own mistakes and learns from them;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing release management and testing methodology of information systems within an organization;
- Managing testing of complicated information systems
- Communicating with stakeholders, development, and support teams to guarantee smooth release and testing process and the compliance of tests with system functionality;
- Coordinating and managing the compiling of system release and test specifications;
- Supervising lower-level release managers;
- Contributing to the development of a scalable functional QA/Release strategy;
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Content Managers and other QA leads to gather content release and testing requirements across all platforms.

The salary range for this position in Vilnius, Lithuania, starts from 3500 € gross per month.
