Establish MPS, VSM, and standardization processes while leading improvement projects, production-line layouts, and lean capability development.
1、公司精益模块（MPS、VSM、标准化等）制度、流程的建立、导入、完善和监督执行；
2、识别改善机会，并利用精益工具领导并实施改善活动， 包括精益降本项目、改善提案等，形成全员参与的精益文化；
3、产能分析及协调，组织生产线布局设计，优化空间利用率、物流合理性；
4、主导精益生产的持续改进，降低工时，优化生产流程；
5、规划和改善工厂生产车间布局，支持工厂绩效指标及战略；
6、完善精益生产人才培养机制，推动管理人员精益能力的提升，保障精益思想的落地，并形成体系化的精益能力；
7、按时完成公司及上级领导交办的其他各项任务。
