Leasing Coordinator
TLDR
Coordinate end-to-end leasing from reservation to move-in, ensuring EJAR contracts and CRM records stay accurate.
As a Leasing Coordinator, you will support the Leasing Team by coordinating the administrative and operational aspects of the leasing process while helping deliver an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents. You will work closely with Leasing Agents and cross-functional teams to ensure lease documentation, EJAR contracts, payments, and move-in processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the leasing team by preparing lease documentation, quotations, reservations, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
Coordinate the leasing process from reservation through move-in, ensuring all required documentation is collected and completed on time.
Prepare and process EJAR contracts, ensuring all required documents are received and lease details are accurate before submission.
Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and lease information within CRM systems and internal trackers.
Provide timely administrative support and excellent customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare lease offers, reservation agreements, quotations, invoices, and leasing documentation.
Create, process, and coordinate EJAR contracts while following up on any outstanding documents or approvals.
Update CRM systems, Excel trackers, and internal databases with accurate leasing information.
Coordinate with Finance, Resident Experience, Operations, and Leasing Agents to ensure smooth lease execution and resident move-ins.
Respond to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and internal communication platforms while supporting the Leasing Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, sales support, real estate or a similar coordination role.
Experience working with EJAR is required.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia is required.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, and other communication tools.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be physically located in Saudi Arabia.
