BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.   About the Opportunity: We are looking for a sharp, agile Commercial Lawyer to handle the operational heartbeat of the exchange. You will manage everyday contract pipelines, negotiate vendor agreements, and spearhead product launch projects. Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS, marketing partnerships, market maker agreements, and liquidity provider layouts).

Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams, ensuring new features launch with solid terms of service and minimal user friction.

Requirement:

Qualified lawyer.

Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience.

Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges.

Deep understanding of crypto, high risk-tolerance for ambiguity, creative drafting, and the ability to explain complex legal risks to non-lawyers in plain English.

Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team.

Great communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Familiar with crypto use cases.
