Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Simcoe County real estate market, including rural and recreational properties

Current member of TRREB

Proven ability to generate and close business

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems

Self-motivated, organized, and professional

Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
