Logistics Coordinator (NJ Warehouse)

The role

simplehuman is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to manage the outbound activities of our Keasbey, New Jersey warehouse facility.  The Logistics Coordinator will work mainly with our online orders, including Amazon.  Main responsibilities include:

• Web order allocation, processing and routing
• Order processing for Amazon FBA
• Inventory adjustments
• Warehouse transfer shipments
• Provide freight quotes as needed
• Close shipments and submit manual ASNs
• Label printing
• Enter tracking numbers and close out shipments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior logistics experience
• Calm demeanor and level head for problem-solving
• Excellent organization, communication and coordination skills
• In-depth attention to detail
• Fluent Spanish speaker preferred
• Experience with Excel; WMS or Accounting software experience a plus
