What does a Logistics Coordinator do?

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the flow of goods and resources from the point of origin to the point of consumption to ensure a smooth operation. They plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to product transfer, distribution, storage and overall logistics process in a startup environment. This involves a multitude of responsibilities ranging from managing logistical operations, inventory control, to working closely with suppliers and clients for timely deliveries.
