The essence of the role
You will join us as an M&A Integration & Change Communications Manager during a very exciting time as we have a very active M&A pipeline and transformation programmes. You will be a key part of our M&A Integration & change team, producing clear, consistent and timely communications for newly acquired entities and employees involved in transformation programmes so that they feel well-informed, valued and engaged. This includes coordinating with functional groups across the company (HR and IT during employee onboarding activities, Marketing product/platform migrations, Technology and Systems groups).
As Our New M&A Integration & Change Communications Manager You Will
- Be responsible for developing and implementing a successful and repeatable integration communications strategy for acquired companies.
- Be responsible for setting up the communications plan and structure for change and transformation initiatives, pitching in or driving the contents and providing best practice guidance to teams.
- Work with the Sinch M&A team on integration projects to ensure a welcoming, consistent, timely and engaging introduction to Sinch.
- Ensuring coordination with internal functions such as HR, IT and Marketing (amongst others) to support overall objectives during the integration process.

Who are you?
- Someone with experience in internal or corporate communications that has successfully led cross-functional projects.
- An expert at English -- written, spoken and visual communications -- and are able to clearly articulate messages across multiple channels.
- The nature of the role requires you to be structured, have the ability to establish relations with your stakeholders, and be stable and consistent throughout the integration of a newly acquired company.
- You will be able to have the strategic view, but also roll up your sleeves and deliver in a very pragmatic and efficient way to meet change management needs across the board.
In Order To Contribute In This Role You Have
- Around 5 years of internal or corporate communications experience in a global company.
- Experience working on internal comms during acquisitions.
- Experience developing and delivering internal communications strategies.
- Experience communication planning and partnering cross-functionally.
- Excellent command of English language - verbal and written.
Big plus!
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have: A degree in marketing or journalism.
Location
We can consider Stockholm, London or Atlanta for the right candidate.
