Job responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff.

Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certification or diploma in maintenance or engineering is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
