Manager, Partnerships Sales

Lead strategic account plans for major client relationships, align cross-functional teams, and coordinate product initiatives that drive country-level growth.
Why we need you
You will manages Ninja Van’s largest and most strategic client accounts. The team is responsible for the Revenue and Profitability performance at the Country level.
This dynamic team works cross-functionally with both local and regional Management Team, Operations Team, and Commercial Team to service these client relationships with the aim at driving growth at a Country level. The team is impact-focused, concentrating on driving client strategy as well as forming win-win collaborations with our clients.
What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s), including relationships building, key people coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, overall account strategy and a budget/target for business growth and development
- Providing leadership to the function in the development and alignment of strategies and programs to develop and enhance account management that align with the company business plan and larger account management strategies; Provide regular reports briefings and reviews as required
- Development and submission of quarterly update of Strategic Account Plans for Key Partnerships Client
- Understanding Key Decision Makers within the client organisation
- Client’s competitive landscape and strategic direction
- Client expectations on our deliverables
- Major initiatives to be executed with the client
- Internal performance measures of the client (Revs, ASP, etc)
- Provide guidance and training to more junior team members, to allow them to be able to effectively learn and required the skills to operate within the Partnerships team
- Provide a commercial perspective to operations and relevant stakeholders while coordinating new product initiatives that support the Company or client’s requests
What you will need
- At least 7 years of relevant working experiences in partner management or business development
- Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous, though not necessary
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA a strong plus
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into actionable insights and strategy
- Strong knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations
- Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Fluency in English and Thai
